Women in AI & Robotics is a German non-profit association headquartered in Munich with chapters across Germany and Canada dedicated to advancing women in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics. We are Germany's first nonprofit dedicated to this mission.

Our mission is to close the gender gap in AI & Robotics and increase female representation and participation through mentorship, education, hackathons, and accelerator programs. We work towards gender-inclusive, ethical, and responsible solutions that benefit society. Our goal is to amplify voices and talent worldwide in a supportive network.

We envision a cross-national collaboration that allows women to network with scientists, researchers, industry leads, and role models worldwide.
